Co-Founder and CEO

Marisa Kamall, a seasoned Managing Director in the banking industry and an esteemed ICF Executive Coach, brings a wealth of expertise in setting strategic direction, overseeing multimillion-dollar P&Ls, and leading large teams of 500+. International experience spanning, Latin America, UK, Europe and the Middle East. However, her true passion lies in people – the driving force behind the creation of Inclusive Impact Partners.

With a profound understanding of organizational dynamics and a proven track record of developing and executing effective business strategies, Marisa has guided organizations towards remarkable growth and profitability. Her commitment to fostering inclusive cultures and championing diversity has made a significant impact in creating thriving workplaces.

Hiren Amin

Co-Founder and CTO

Our CTO and Co-Founder, Hiren Amin, was formerly a Big 4 Partner, with over 20 years of experience in AI, Data & Analytics, both in the UK, USA, Asian and MENAT region.

Originally from the UK, Hiren started his career as a developer. Given this background he continues to be hands-on and actively develops products, roadmaps and strategies for IIP, and their customers

His passion for people, purpose and change underpinned by his extensive experience as a technologist, has enabled us to launch a product that genuinely meets the needs of companies today.

Together, their keen business acumen, combined with their expertise in developing and executing effective strategies, supported by cutting-edge technology, has consistently delivered remarkable growth and profitability for their clients.
